I have to tell you, I am already very happy with the water. I was feeling a bit sluggish today before I went to go to the gym.I grabbed my mail, got the water, drank about 4 sips of it on the way to the gym because I read somewhere to drink a bottle throughout the day the first day. and by the time I got to the gym, I actually felt totally refreshed, I didn’t take any other supplements, normally I do but I didn’t today, and my workout was great, the only thing it could be was the water… I honestly couldn’t believe how great it made me feel. Is this normal, to get this kind of results so fast?
